Return & Refund Policy
As all our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. We strongly recommend checking our size guide before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@swedishcottonsociety.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we will send the correct item at no extra cost.
Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins immediately after ordering.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Please contact us at info@swedishcottonsociety.com to initiate this process.
Refunds Once your case is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@swedishcottonsociety.com.
